Receiving discrepancy reports, ca. 1980-[ongoing].

The ABC Board Receiving Unit is responsible for unloading incoming trailers from vendors and checking the loads for correctness. This form is used by the Receiving Unit to record damage, breakage, shortages, and discrepancies in shipments received. Information on the form includes vendor name, date, carrier name, trailer number, and exceptions. The bottom part of the form is to be used by the Bottle Room to document action taken on merchandise received from the Receiving Unit. The Bottle Room places odd bottles into new cases with code labels, applies state stamps or the Universal Product Code to bottles/cases, and processes other related work as required.
